Delcatrans organizes national and international transport and logistics. They have a fleet of 102 trucks, consisting of Volvo and Renault trucks. The test has been done on 4 Volvo FH13 trucks and 2 Renault Premium trucks. Delcatrans used a 15W40 motor oil in the past. The trucks, of which the fuel consumption was closely and continuously monitored, mainly did similar trips with the same driver.

A delegation of the ExxonMobil Aviation Lubricants Team for EAME (zone Europe, Africa & Middle East) visited today the facilities of Ingelbeen-Soete at Izegem within the context of the Aviation DPIM. This severe quality standard is the abbreviation of Aviation Distributor Product Integrity Manual.

The interactive Mobil Delvac 1 Stand was a real eyecatcher in Hall 3. The launch of our new Proof of Performances, our interactive Mobil Delvac 1 Calculator, the Mobil Grease Experiences, the Viscometer, … could all count on a lot of interested people.

Belgian company Parmentier Autobus from Waregem, has a fleet of 20 busses used for public transport. One of their MAN/Van Hool bus engines was already lubricated with a synthetic 10W40. Although this oil delivered good performances, Parmentier Autobus is always interested in minimizing emissions and decreasing fuel consumption. It has already been proven several times, using Mobil Delvac 1 LE 5W-30 leads to fuel savings and minimized emissions. We wanted to prove this with a waterproof test on their MAN/Van Hool bus.
